It really depends on what type of cruise you are looking for. For a quieter, relaxing cruise (which generally attract an older clientele) book with lines such as Cunard, Holland America, Regent Seven Seas etc. If you are looking for a more active holiday lines such as Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Princess will be more suited to you.

Carnival is my favorite...and I think that would be everyone's favorite no matter what the age group they're in. Try iBtraveling.com for some great cruise deals. I usually find somethng there becuase you can compare a bunch of travel sites. I also like finding a cruise that doesn't have too many days at sea because you're on the ship long enough during the night time to enjoy time on the boat.

Carnival Cruises are # 1 with my husband and I. I booked a cruise in February, to sail October 10th. I booked a state room and we were upgraded to a suite with a balcony. How sweet. We were told booking early and they didn't sell all rooms, made it possible for the upgrade. We didn't have to wait in that long line. The purser came to us as soon as we got on board. Cozumel, Belize, the Yucatan were much nicer right out side our balcony.

Royal Caribbean is our favorite so far. We have not tried any other lines yet, but we have many friends and family who have tried other lines and Royal Caribbean and Norweigan top their lists!

Royal Carribean is our favorite.
Being a swashbuckling archaeologist, I travel a lot.
Below is the best site for travel planning, and has great prices!
