If you're talking about their looks, it's their eyes and their smile. You can tell a lot by both.
When it comes to personality, I look for a great sense of humor, how they treat the people they love and especially how they treat themselves.
But I'm not "looking" anymore! :))

Her eyes, her smile and if I talk to her, her intelligence. Of course looks come into the equation, but for any spark I need to hear the responses tied to those first three attributes. Or in some cases those three attributes are enough to enjoy a woman's attention for a while.

I always notice how tall he is. I'm 5'8" and like guys 6'1" - 6'5". Then I notice their eyes, are they kind? Does he have a great smile? Is his skin clear and healthy? Does me make me laugh? Is he smart, humble, sensitive, interesting? Does he care about anyone else... his family, dog, friends, etc.
Then I work my way down to their feet to see if they are bigger than mine! LOL
