Yeah I don't get the whole saved thing either. Saved from what? Being EXACTLY who and what I was made to be? Why on earth make me this way and then tell my I need saving? Nope sorry. Give me my blood lines any day. You Hebrew's make no sense to me. Hail Freyja!

I have no idea dear lady. They keep hounding me to do the same. Shouldn't the fact that my pic is a fuzzy blue demon give them a clue? LOL
EDIT: You'd be surprised how many of them do not realize that their religion is based on Hebrew stories, and the Hebrews (Jews) know more about those stories than they do. They'll actually say that the Jewish people do not know the truth about Jewish stories, based on Jewish legends, and starring Jewish people! lol

Alright. I am a Hebrew (Jewish) and I worship the "Hebrew God" but I have never asked anyone else to do so.
You can worship a bowl of cream cheese for all I care.
Jesus was Jewish according to Christian tradition and they are evangelical but all you have to do is say no.
I can't comment on the whole "save" thing because I don't believe in that or totally understand the whole concept.

lol its sad when it gets to where the Christians dont even know what god they are worshipping lol. and to Goinupru I dont know about Daughter there but I did not need a "SAVIOR" nor do I want a "SAVIOR" I am perfectly content with who I am and how I act and the God and Goddess that I worship. I am a moral person who strives to treat everyone right regardless of gender/race/sexual orientation/religion etc. and I know there are very few "Christians" out there who can say the same. If I am wrong about my choice of religion (I dont think I am but just IF) then I am sure that your "God" will look at my life and see the things I have done and the person I have been and realize "gee he was a good guy who treated alot of people well, even better than some of my followers, therefore I will allow him in heaven" And if he does not I do not want to be there anyways with all the hippocrits that preach about kindness and love then bash on some guy/girl because they are homosexual/different race/different religion/whatever. Now I do not claim ALL christians are like this, do not get me wrong I know many christians who are GREAT PEOPLE, I am saying that there are those out there like this. Personally I dont see why every christian feels the need to convert people to their religion you dont hear me going around tell you to pray to the God and Goddess I believe in. what makes you think I give a rat's donkey what you think about my choice in religion? what makes you think that I need some fearful god in my life to make me do good instead of bad? im sorry I have my own mind and I know what is right and what is wrong. I dont need religion to tell me that.

It makes no sense to me either.
Especially when I've got a perfectly good set of Gods from my ancestral people to worship.
My only theory is that a man named Paul of Tarsus said to the Athenians that the Hebrew God in question was the "Unknown God" that was honored at an altar in that city so that must mean that THEIR God MUST be honored (to the exclusion of all others)

"Gentile" and proud of it! It's nice to be able to connect with my Germanic gods and goddesses as a family instead of as a servent. Washing a god's feet with my hair??! No way - the Hebrew god simply does not appeal to me in anyway!

No it makes no sense to me either, I'm British and so feel I need to have a relationship with the gods and goddesses of these Islands, Cernunnos, Elen and Brigid.

Tell ya something else about this 'saved' business... if you need someone to save you, you don't have to do it yourself.
I think Christians just want to shirk the responsibility of life and want everyone else to do the same so they don't have to feel like they're spiritual slackers.

Yeah, especially such a violent God that won't give his name and ignores all the rest of the Gods and Goddesses, and makes his adherents ignore them also.

Then dont. Do what makes you happy, and whatever makes the most sence to you, if you choose to worship at all. Go for it!
