Am I allowed to check in soft drink cans as airline baggage (not hand carry) since aerosol cans are not allowed? both aerosol and soft drink cans are under pressure.

There is no problem beyond making sure you pack them cushioned properly and in plastic bags so you reduce the risk they break and the possible mess.

Aerosol is high pressure and can explode if heated. Soft drinks aren't that high pressure. You crack it open and nothing happens. At worst you shake it up and get a little spray when opened.

Yes, you can check them, but I don't know why you would. If they explode (which they probably will not only because of the pressure, but because of the cargo bin temperature) everything in your bag will be a mess.

i dont think you can, but you should be able to call the air line and check what there policies are. if you are allowed to, becareful! they could pop and get over everything! Good luck :)
