Hey Monix,
Well, if its recent and not consistent, it is a Lil problem indeed. But, if you are having this for more than 10-15 days, its not Lil anymore.
If you are having some exams coming, have changed home or your bed, having some other health problems like fever, or anxious much about life in general; than its causing the sleep trouble. I won't say its insomnia, it sometimes happens.
So, if you can rule out these things, and the trouble is recent , it will pass. Otherwise, you should try to relax more and change your life style a little. I would advice from professional experience, that at this stage you should not start any sleeping medicines. There are plenty of ways to fall asleep.
Best Luck and GOOD NIGHT!!!!!

You probably have some mild insomnia. Try Tylenol PM or Unisom for a few days and your sleep schedule should get back to normal. If not ask a doctor about a prescription sleep aid, and maybe try to stop napping.

sleeping for only 20 minutes during the day shouldnt hurt. i suggest for one day do not take a nap. and see what happens at night. if you still cannot sleep, yes you may have insomnia. try taking tylenol or advil pm. i hear advil works best.

the nap could very well effect how you sleep at night or not, but i don't sleep whether or not i get a nap. as she said try not taking a nap &see if you can sleep at night/
also try melatonin,it's a natural supplement,it's actually good for ya.if you do take the advil pm, take it w/milk or food, it's acidic & can hurt your stomach, benadryll, is th e component in these products,so you could skip to the chase & just go get some benadryl , if that 's the problem & it works.
good luck dear

IDK. Maybe, you got a bunch of stuff on your mind you need to file away. Take a nice shower, make sure your bedroom is nice and dark. Maybe, put on some sleepy time music real low. Your problem, is not a little problem, without the proper amount of sleep, you won't be able to function properly doing the waking hours of the day.
