I've talked to several people that have had near death experiences, visions and dreams of Heaven. One of the visions is one I had that is part of the reason I accepted the Lord. I know it was a vision from God because of some things I saw and came true later.
Heaven is whatever you want it to be within the will of God. A youth pastor I taught with one said that he can't wait to climb a cliff in Heaven. No ropes, no harnesses, no need for safety gear...just climb it. When he gets to the top he wants to just let go. He can't fall, can't get hurt, can't die so, why not?
In the vision I had I saw beautiful rolling meadows, trees, and in the distance a magnificent city. To go somewhere all you need to do is want to be there.
I can't wait to go scuba diving in Heaven. I know there will be wondrous creatures to see and that none of them will harm me. I won't have to worry about depth, dive time, nitrogen narcosis, decompression sickness, no scuba tank and NO WEIGHTS!!

Get out of la la land! There is nothing here on earth to compare it to, it is magnificent, hope to see you there someday when your old and grey(hair). However that is up to you. How do YOU know Elvis isn't there? Many years ago I lost all vital signs during emergency surgery(heart stopped) I went some where magnificent, there is nothing on earth to compare it with. No fluffy clouds, no little harps, no wings on the angels I saw. Be good dear and you will see it to someday.

The Bible says that no mind can percieve nor any eye can behold what awaits us in Heaven. It's going to be what we see as the most beautiful place on earth and the greatest feeling in our hearts multiplied a million times. I was talking to a nurse I work with recently about Heaven. Her mother actually died and went to Heaven. She came back though. She said that if a mortal human being experienced the sights and the tremendous feeling of Heaven that they wouldn't be able to survive. Only our heavenly bodies can experience it. She saw loved ones that had passed away. When she came back she had to re-grieve their deaths because she kept saying "they're not dead, I just saw them." Our pastor's mother passed away a year ago from cancer. Just before she passed she got a huge smile on her face and said "how beautiful Heaven must be." She had been in a coma for a few days before that. She died with a smile on her face. If you're really serious about the subject, read "Heaven" by Ric Alcorn.

No matter how great your imagination you cannot imagine how great it will be.
1Corinthians 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love him.
