Ok i already have a six pack and its relatively defined problem is im rather lopsided so my right leg and arm have significantly more mass than my left. I think this has caused my abs to be lopsided as well. My 3 on the left side and my 3 on the right are different sizes with my left being bigger. In addition my the creases and shadow line don't line up so its like this.

pretended periods are not there i need somehting to hold the space. of course this is an exaggeration but u get the idea. any one know what to do to fix this so the creases will become parallel and more symetrical and how to specifically isolate rightside abs?

that is due to your genetics. the abs are a paired muscle separated by connective tissue. one side can have a higher attachment point than the other causing them to be uneven. there is nothing you can do about it.
