yeh tylenol doesnt affect your body for more than 6 hrs...MAX is 8 hrs...so ur fine

No. Even though you took it hours ago, some of the medication is still in your system. The combination of alcohol and cold medicine can be deadly, internal bleeding and heart attack are some of the things that can happen. Although people have done this and lived, it's taking a risk that probably isn't worth it. If you are still going out drinking despite my advice PLEASE try to keep it to a one drink minimum so that you don't risk your health.

Yep, you will be fine most of those medications wear off after 4-6 hours! Just be careful when your drinking and dont overindulge to be on the safe side!
