Do NOT feed them cow's milk. You need to go to the pet store and use milk replacement formula. Cows milk does not contain enough nutrients and the kittens will die in a short amount of time. Use milk replacement formula and then when they are ready to be weaned- get dry kitten food and soak it in warm water for a few minutes and then drain it- put it on a cookie sheet or baking pan and let the kittens eat it. Also, you can mix in a little milk replacement formula so they are more likely to eat the food.
You need to know how old they are before you wean them because they must be at least 4 weeks of age to be weaned.
ONCE AGAIN, DO NOT use regular milk- buy milk replacement formula from the pet store (even Walmart sells it) immediately because regular milk has no nutrients for them and they will get severe diarrhea and most likely die.

They're a little young for you to start weaning them from milk. Normally weaning begins at about six weeks of age.

Start by making a soupy mix of canned or dry food and milk or water. Put a little on each kitten's lips (not on the nose or they'll think they're drowning) so it can lick the food off and realize it's good to eat.

The kittens will walk through the food, tip the dish over, get it up their noses and sneeze, and make a big mess at first, but they'll get the idea pretty quickly.

They're still quite young. I hope you're feeding them kitten formula, and not cow's milk. Try mixing a little bit of canned kitten food in with the formula and see if they'll eat it that way. If not, try again in a few days - they might just not be ready for much food yet.

Get a little can of turkey baby food and mix it with the formula. Slowly increase the amount of baby food and they will soon learn to eat regular food
