Wow, holding on to hate that long is not good for YOU! Since it is nearing the end, you do not want to regret not telling her how you feel. What you need to do is forgive her whether she asks for it or not. I have been in a similar situation, although my mom is still living. Growing up wither her was hard and she was messed up for a long time and could be very abusive. As an adult I was able to confront her and then eventually forgive her and you wouldn't believe the weight that was lifted off of my shoulders. By forgiving her you are not saying her behavior is OK you are just saying it's OK for you to move on. You would be doing this for you not necessarily her. If she can talk discuss it with her. If she can't then talk to her anyway and let her know how you feel before it is too late.
