What is A Cirrus Card?

There is a Cirrus logo on the back of my ATM card. does that mean I can use it at any place that excepts Mastercard(including online)?

Cirrus is a network of ATMs. You won't get charged for an out of network ATM if you use ATMs with that symbol.

You can use it anywhere you see the Cirrus logo.
