Well you was doing pretty good on the eating healthy until you have bologna. That stuff is so full of preservatives and has no nutritional value whatsoever.

Have an orange or all natural orange juice (NO sugar added) with the eggs. Have a protein bar between breakfast and lunch. Have a protein shake for lunch with your orange and apple. Then another bar after school. I guess the bologna will work OK just don't over do it but have a protein shake with it. Then another bar before you go to bed.

The trick is eating something about every three hours, this will speed up your metabolism and help you to build lean muscle. Follow this and you will be amazed how fast it will work. Just remember you do NOT have to follow this exactly. Just make sure you eat something every three hours.

The best diet you can follow is the five basic food group. Check that out on the Internet. Jogging is good for you, but if you want the "six-pack" you'll have to do a lot of upper and lower body exercises. Different exercises target different areas of you body. But please remember, at your age you need to have adult supervision with a diet and exercise. Your body is still growing and the growth plates are fragile. You'll need the supervision of a certified coach to guide you alone.

To burn 1 pound of fat you have to burn 3500 calories. Keep track of your calories consumed and burned then you can do the math and adjust accordingly. Healthy weight loss is 1-2 pounds a week.
