and how do i make it less visble through my jeans
beacause you can still see its shape under my jeans

not a good idea at all. the load is placed in a very unnatural position and only the quadriceps benefits when the leg is lifted. this creates a greater muscle imbalance between the quads and hamstrings. ankle weights were originally intended for physical therapy for those recovering from knee injury, etc. to perform leg extensions.

I highly recommend you not wearing them around all day.

Yes, it is ok to wear ankle weights all day. as long as you remove when you are going to sit for more than 10 minutes. to avoid skin rashes and skin suffocation in that area.

Try wearing baggy pants that show off your underwear, a large baseball jersey, a cap worn sideways, put on lots of golden necklace and bracelets, make stupid sign languages while you talk in rhymes using both hands, extending 3 fingers only per hand...

I tried out ankle weights but stopped cuz i heard that they can pull your knee out of your socket if you do it daily...... so that scared me lol. I might still wear them but less frequently.
