Jesus cast out many demons during His ministry. He was sent only to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. The Jews were uniquely God's people at that time. After Jesus died and rose from the dead the Gentiles (non-Jews) are also included in the people of God. That being said, I note that it was not unbelievers Jesus cast demons out of, but believers. Now I know that the pat Christian answer is that Christians have the Holy Spirit and therefore cannot be afflicted by a demon. Experience proves otherwise.
James said this:
"Submit yourselves unto God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you." James 4:7
Now isn't it common sense that if you don't resist the devil, he will not flee from you? And if he can, he will afflict you in whatever way you allow him to?
Demons can cause physical afflictions. Jesus cast a demon out of a woman who was bowed over, and she was immediately loosed from her infirmity. Today we would call it scoliosis, but Jesus recognized it was caused by a spirit. Jesus cast a spirit out of a boy who had seizures, and he was healed. Therefore I believe the answer to your question is demons can afflict believers and non-believers, both physically and in the realm of the soul (mind and emotions). However Jesus has given His people authority to resist Satan and His demons by faith and by the Holy Spirit who helps us.

You know, if you went to the trouble of actually LEARNING something, you'd understand that we have a pretty good idea of the causes of a lot of diseases, and "demons" have nothing to do with it.

Yes, able to answer this question because I have been there. Christians can become diseased with demonic forces for sinning and not repenting and getting cleansed. Also generational curses causes disease. Non believers have it happen to them all the time.

a demon cannot possess a Believer.
can a disease be contracted from a possessed person? logic says yes (if it's a contagious disease). after all, a demon cannot create, only copy or inflict. if possible, they'd have to "clone" a virus or MAKE the victim get sick.

They can not give diseases. However, then can influence the world arround you. If you don't belive in demons, and this is becaue you haven't been influenced, then the reason is because they have no reason to attack you because you are already going to hell.

Of course. Whether you believe in something or not, that doesn`t change its existence or danger. If you don`t believe that car accidents are real, you can still be hurt by one. The same is true for demons. Not believing only makes you ignorant to them, it doesn`t making you immune to their power.

Satan and his demons seek to kill, steal and destroy all humans out of jealousy because mankind is the crowning act of creation. God allows evil for now but Satan causes it. Read the Book of Job. Humans who go to Heaven will judge these angels and we will be higher than the angelic hosts because we had to overcome.

Demons, also called 'familiar spirits', 'unclean spirits', and 'seducing spirits', are invisible, disembodied, and superhuman in intelligence.
Yes, I think demons can give diseases to anybody who chooses to accept them.

Well, if demons do exist, I believe they can. Being Christian doesn't make you immune to cancer, or AIDS. Being Christian didn't stop The Black Death. Being Christian never saved anyone from any earthly ailments, so why would it save you from ethereal ailments? Not to mention Emily Rose was a Christian as well, and if she was indeed possessed IT KILLED HER!!!
