You can make apple cake, using applesauce in the batter. Waldorf salad has chopped apples in it. Apple crisp is really good too. Baked apples, apple tarts, apple strudel, apple fritters. Dried apples are a nice low calorie snack food. There is even sausage made with apples in it.

If you just have a bunch of apples and don't know what to do with them, an apple crisp is good - Google search for recipes. You can make baked apples in the microwave. I like to core them and put some brown sugar in the middle and cook them for about five minutes. And let's not forget caramel apples!
