Video him in the act then show his guinea pig friends, this will humiliate him and stop him from having gay guinea pig sex.

Firstly stop yelling and beating your desk. You are only frightening them and that will not help the cause. Secondly this is a normal behaviour and something you are going to have to get used too. Don't discipline your guinea pig for expressing dominance over your other guinea pig. That is hardly fair. Separating isn't fair either especially considering guinea pigs are social animals and should be housed in pairs.
All that your guinea pig is doing is expressing dominance over your other guinea pig. It should settle down, and is a completely natural behaviour.

You don't need to worry about it-- as others have said, this is a natural way of expressing dominance. Our pet rats have done this, too & I was a little puzzled until I did some research. Apparently once they have their pecking order figured out they stop doing this, we haven't seen our girls do it for some time now.
You guinea pigs aren't attacking each other & the dominant one doesn't need to be disiplined. Yes, it may seem bit weird but they do have a different way of communicating than we do. Relax & enjoy your piggies.

If the other male objects, he will put a stop to it.
This is just some friendly humping. They don't have all the complicated feelings about it that we do. They are not hurting each other and they are not mating.
Get a hold of yourself.
Okay, but if you get tired of seeing this, get a squirt bottle and give them a squirt of water when it happens. They'll still do it later, but really there's no harm in it.

Well the easiest solution to the problem is that you grow up. I mean, that's what animals do to establish dominance. My female rats have done it to each other to establish who is the biggest baddest *** in the cage. You piggy is in no way being harmed.

Its natural for male animals, acting on instinct, to fight over territory. There is nothing you can do, the only possible way to stop them fighting is to separate them. Although try watching them and don't beat the desk it does nothing.

No discipline required. They are merely brain swapping.
'Brain Swapping' is a relatively new branch or animal science and is still in it's infancy. There are other articles available within Y! Answers.

Well I'm not sure if theres anything you can do....
Female dogs, for instance, hump each other.
Sometimes it could be a dominance thing too...
