I dont know you or your circumstance, but the possibility exists that if you are not committing your life to God, perhaps He feels you cannot committ your life in marriage. The first and most important thing in Gods mind is a total commitment to Him, to His ways. Gods gifts to each of us are different, just as we all have different wants and needs, God puts priority on our Spiritual needs. He knows this will bring us the most happiness. Look at the state of marriage today, most end in divorce, perhaps God is sparing you this great anguish. Hang in there, if it's God will for you to be married, He will bring the right person into your life. If its not Gods will for you to be married, and you marry anyway, without His blessing, most likely pain and heartbreak will follow.Because of your relationship to our Heavenly Creator, you are already more blessed than most. God Bless You and be strong in the Lord.

I understand how you feel. I used to say that all the time. I prayed continually and just kept my faith that God had someone special for me. I finally met him (online, no less!)when I was 30. He had just recently separated from his (adultering) wife of two years. So it seems like the timing had to be right. And he was Jewish. We got married when I was 31, and he was baptized into Christ a couple weeks before our wedding. God always has a plan.
Also, I have a good friend who is 41. She's never been married, and just within the last two years did she finally meet "him". (They're not engaged yet; coincidentally, he just got divorced.)
So, just keep your faith in God. He is always looking out for you and knows what's best. I pray that you will meet your someone special too!

Well, you should be able to hear for yourself, but not everyone will get married. Some people don't get married, as it is a way that they can do more for God, then married. Perhaps this is why, but you need to ask him for yourself, and hear he's response

He would say marry my brother, he's been praying the same prayer. Send me a picture of you to Cowgirlpink007@yahoo.com my brother looks like Kurt Russell, and he plays the guitar, owns his own business and loves animals and kids and he's just a great brother. And he sings good too.

He would say that you haven't ditched your idea of the perfect man and that you need to realise that the person you are meant to be with will be a mirror for you that will force you to look at yourself.
