i have an A&P test tomorrow and we do not have a study sheet for the leg muscles or arm muscles, we have a list of the ones we need to know, but no way to study them... we only have to know sartorious, pectineus, adductor longus, semimembranosus, semitendonosis, biceps femoris, gluteus maximus, vastus lateralis, plantaris, achillis, and cruciate. we have to know all the arm muscles. do you know any study websites that i could use i really don't have time to search for a good one..

the best way to study muscles is to get in and dissect them. you pretty much have to know every leg muscle there is, and the arm is a lot easier until you get into the antebrachium. and wikipedia is only good if you don't want your sources cited. other than that, good luck. cramming for A&P doesn't get a's

As a muscles instructor at a massage school all I can say is - if you don't know it by now, forget it. Stop waiting until the night before to study. Since when do students have "no way to study them"? Did you not have lecture?

Try wikipedia, its pretty good for basic facts on a lot of things.
