It could be a number of GI didsorders. But your situation sounds like diverticulitis, diverticulosis, or Inflamatory Bowel disease. They are all similar in nature but have slight differences. You would need to see a doctor for a more definitive answer. And you need to go as soon as you can because you are passing blood in your stool, and your distended stomach could signal something else other than bloating.
*Just a side note for your own information, if the blood appears very dark or black it's an upper Gastro Intestinal problem. If it's fresh, it's a lower GI problem.*
Until you can manage to get to a Dr. though he is a web site that can help you out.

And use their "symptom checker". It helped me out when I had a similar situation to yours.

Blood in your stool could be a number of things -- do you take a lot of aspirin -- or excederin??? You could also have polyps and/or hemmorhoids (that may not feel bad right now so you won't notice).....and no, I'm NOT a doctor -- but I've had it before......the only thing I would say though, with the other symptoms is to call you doctor. I DO NOT MEAN TO SCARE YOU and PLEASE do not freak out...I had a friend who had the same thing and she did have cancer (BUT SHE'S OKAY BECAUSE SHE GOT IT CHECKED OUT) and I've had breast cancer. Even IF it turns out that is the diagnosis, cancer is not a death sentence anymore......for real......BEST OF LUCK TO YOU AND PLEASE DON'T FREAK OUT -- it could ALL be a number of things!!!!

Anytime there is blood visible in fecal matter it is a serious matter. Couple that with abdominal distention and fatigue, and it is a very serious matter, indeed. Get checked by a doctor ASAP.
