Moral issues are always involve relationships. You might find general agreement that if the Golden Rule seems to apply, then it is a moral issue.

"Moral issues" generally revolve around whether a behavior is right or wrong. "Factual issues" revolve around whether something is true or not.
An example of a factual issue would be the determination of whether a person commited a specific act.... such as obtaining an abortion. A moral issue connected with that act is whether that abortion is equal to murder.....

Well, a moral issue is an issue where there are many options and each choice usually have varying degrees of disadvantages for one self but, for the price of those disadvantages, allow you to help/not hurt other people by a similar degree.
