alot of places say you have to be 18 to work there but what if your 16 with a ged thanks for the answers

It's age, not school status, that matters.

For some jobs, you are required by law to be at least 18. or it might just be the employer's choice, but they have that right.

You normally have to be 18 anyway to take the GED test, although there are some exceptions for 16 and 17 year olds.

If they say you must be 18, then having a GED is not relavent.

It doesn't matter you have to be 18 years old. They don't want to be liable for anything that happens to a minor.
