Okay so I was computing.. And all of a sudden. My ear started vibrating, and I could feel it all. It went on for about 45 seconds and stopped. I hear perfect and don't have anything wrong with my ears.

I wouldn't see a Dr. unless there was a problem of pain or something permanently went wrong. You have as many as 500,000 chemical reactions going on in your body at any given time so sometimes some of them go astray for awhile. It's no big deal.

Do you mean you heard a high pitch ring? There is something I read about this, somehow the hair in your ear vibrates and causes a high pitched sound. I don't think they fully understood it and I don't think there was anything that could be done for it, but it tends to happen to a lot of people and will happen again. If it happens often, then yes you should go see a doctor, it might be something more serious.

Sometimes my ear gets a little plugged and this happens. If it is persistent then I would see a doctor. Do you have allergies?

If you have no hearing lose or pain don't worry about it. If you notice a change in your hearing, notice a discharge or develop pain see a doctor right away.
