The envelopes are hand written to my personal address and were mailed from Cheyenne, WY! Many people in our little town received them.

Apparently someone in Cheyenne, WY has your neighborhood's phone book and is doing his/her bit of long-distance evangelism. Or, someone you know took a trip to Cheyenne and mailed the tracts from there.

I know it wasn't me. You might be able to find out by going to your post office. They have ways of being able to track which post office the envelopes came from. I'm curious: did you read them?
