I am about 5' 3" and I weigh 108 pounds and I feel fat and overwight sometimes.I am also 12 years old. if I am fat, tell me how to loose weight! i ALSO think i need to weigh about 100-105.
Question #2:List any cheers if you know any! :-)

NO Thats not fat at all, I am thirteen and i way 130 pounds, now your asking if your fat????????????? I eat a lot ,thats why a weigh so much, and you probably do to I am five foot three to.

You are supposed to weight 111 to 124....you are "underweight". If you weigh 100 to 105 you need to shrink in height. A person who is 4 foot 10 inches is supposed to be 102 pounds. Face it, you are the correct weight, no..thinner than the correct weight.

at 108 lbs you are the perfect weight for your age and height. You are probably a very attractive person. Don't sweat it about a pound or two, You are definitely NOT fat.

You are pretty much Normal weight to UNDERweight. you are NOT fat AT ALL> I guess ALL us girls tend to feel fat at times,even though we are fine. You should actually weigh more, Ie More muscle. You are Prolly REALLLLLLLLY Pretty just the way you are. I am 5'6 weighing about 102ish and Yes I do eat alot but I also exercise too. So yea I am really skinny even though I dont look it. So you are FINE!!!!!!!!!

No you are not.. puppy fat.. talk to your mum and then ask if you and her can see a dietitian to put you on a sensible eating plan.. don't do things without medical advice.. too many girls at your age feel they fat and there could be other reasons as to why you have this problem..

taking fad diets quick fixes does not work.

I think you know the answer. You are definitely not fat. Focus on being healthy, not on your weight. You'll regret it if you get caught up on being a stick thin.

your perfect!!!my aunt who is in high school lost 15 pounds because she didn't eat that much!!!! i know i was surprised too...she weighted about 120 or 124 pounds!!!! and now she's 109!!!! surprised?

not to be mean but you need to olse about five pounds if you are12 and you waigh that much.
