Nope. The judge, or cop will amend it. I screw up cites monthly and I just get kick-backs from out records unit. I make amendments for th emistake and mail them out to the defendants.

Short of a medical emergency, there are no mitigating circumstances. Clerical errors are rarely enough to void a ticket. The fact he got your Drivers license proves you were the person that parked the car. It doesn't really matter what car you parked.

No. You won't get out of it. You can go to court and talk to the judge, but if you did it, and it was wrong, you will probably have to pay the fine. Look at it this way, if a drunk driver killed somebody and the officer only wrote 3 digits of the tag down, will the driver go free? NOT!

yeah! that is a problem for the police officer who wrote u the ticket because everything on that ticket has to be accurate so u have a case on that point what happens from there is really up to the judge if he wants to throw it out on a technicality.

you realize that your remark approximately officer is incorrect and irrelevant. .I have not have been given any doubt you will possibly decide to be dashing to get this fee ticket. probably you could walk away on technicality yet what your inner says? As a stable citizen you will desire to obey the regulation in any different case this u . s . a . will develop into like 0.33 international international places. Sorry if I sounded impolite.

Do the right thing and pay the ticket. You were in the wrong. That's what's wrong with the world today, everybody wants to get away with something. No integrity or character left!

i dodged a $115 ticket once because of that same mistake. it would be a complete waste of breath for you to argue mitigating circumstances. the cop screwed up. you beat the system...this time.
p.s. uneed: please explain how your response is relevant to the question asked
