It depends on what time he gets up. I recommend 9 to 10 hours of sleep per night for my fourth graders. It's also important for them to go to sleep at the same time and wake up at the same time every night so their bodies can adjust. I've asked my students this year and most seem to go to sleep between 8 and 9 PM.

Maybe about 9:30, but it just depends how early he wakes up. But 9:30 is most reasonable.

well when i was in 4th grade i went to bed at 10 or 10:30. i was homeschooled but woke up every morning at 7:30 anyways and i was fine.
when i was in 7th grade i started going to school, i went to bed at 11 or 11:30 and getting up at 6:30. i know i looked tired but i didn't really feel tired especially once i got to school. my parents worked late and didn't give me a bedtime really.
