There aren't any 'dog health experts' on here - that's why you're going to the vet tomorrow, to find one.
This could be ingestion of a foreign body, a virus, a bacterial infection, organ malfunction, tumour, gastroenteritis as a secondary cause to something, toxicity - it's a long list. You're going to the vet to find out what the problem is, the best people on here can do is worry you with a lot of wild guesses.
Good luck at the vets.
Chalice
EDIT: Amanda N's answer is an excellent example of why it's a waste of time posting these sorts of question on here. At least she confessed to be 12 years of age - most people making 'diagnoses 'don't.

I would suggest getting her off purina, and go with wellness brand food, it is a little more money but we lost our dog to the tainted food, put her down Feb 16, learned of the recall on March 20, she was 9.
Either the dog has a viral thing going on, or the food is upsetting her stomach or could be something wrong with it, keep the food until you find out what is going on. Have them run a urine test on her. This will indicate any problems, as ours had crystals in it.

Black poo means blood. If she is throwing up mucously blood, too, this is definitely a sign that something is seriously wrong internally. Call the emergency vet and tell them her symptoms. I imagine they will tell you to bring her in asap. She may have a blockage or tear internally if she ate some non-food item...if she develops a tear in her intestines, this could allow fecal matter to get into her abdominal cavity and cause very, very serious problems. I wouldn't take any chances if I were you. Get her some help!

Purina is crap. but that might not be the problem. she has something bad going on. If you can take her in under emergency that would be good. When she gets better switch her to something that might help prevent this like wellness, canidae, Merrick or solid gold. if you eat nothing but McDonald's everyday you are more likely to get sick. But please take her in asap. if you were vomiting blood would you call 911?

You need to see an emergency vet very quickly. Tomorrow could be too late. Try to keep her hydrated in the meantime.

I wouldn't play with that. Try to get water in her too . She will become dehydrated very quickly. No telling what it is if she has been doing that this long.
