I don't really know how to flirt, i just treat every guy and gal the same. I always have. im 17, and i never had a real boyfriend. i am also have a really tom-boyish like personality, and at the same rate i dress really nicely. But still guys just don't like me, they'll check me out and tell me im hot all the time, but then they get to know me and they wont like me like me. And i know its not because i intimidate them cause so many more aggressive girls get boyfriends but i don't. Whats wrong with me? To almost every 'cool' guy im a turn-off. Its like right when they meet me they hate me. And to every shy and book smart guy im either really close friends or they are just too scared to ask me out. I tried asking a guy out once he said no and it was horrible. As you can see by my name, i have a weird sense of humor and i like sports and cars and things. Is this unappealing. Thanks.

A lot of men don't care for confidence and obvious intelligence in a woman because it makes them feel insecure. It's a sad but true fact that most men will not make public. A man has to have a lot of confidence in his masculinity and self-worth in order to date a girl who may possibly be his equal or even superiour to him in mental capacity and independence.

You're still quite young, and maybe it's just you're not attracting anyone suitable for you yet. I have met cool guys but then not got on with them. It's a case of trial and error. Maybe you appeal better to the smart guys and you might get on with one of them better, and I know there are cute ones out there, so why not ask one of them out rather than wait to be asked!
I am a lot older than you though so geek is very cool to me these days!

wear girlier clothing and try and make friends with some girls. I get confused with tom boys and people liking the girls liking the same sex and to flirt just laugh at the guys jokes.

maybe your not nice or really tough around guys. or maybe those guys like agressive girls. theres nothing wrong with you maybe they just can't see that your a really cool person you are. everything you just described about yourself is appealing to me i don't know why guys wouldn't go out with you
