How did i get this? I brush my teeth very often. My brother is a nurse and said its trench mouth. It hurts SOOOOOOOOOOO bad. When people talk to me i don't want to talk. I already bought this antiseptic mouth wash from Orajel. Please someone help. This is EXTREMELY painful.

Most common cause is your diet,stress,and/or poor oral hygiene. I'm afraid you'll have to go see a dentist or dental hygienist in the near future to remove all the bacterial plaque and calculus under the gums and around your teeth. They may also recommend a oral rinse called Peridex to help fight the infection along with an med called metronidzole.
In the meantime, pay close attention to your diet and stress level b/c these factors will exacerbate the condition.
OTC topical will only provide you with temporary relief you.

I think trench mouth is some kinda bacterial infection. Your bro didn't send you to the Dr???
