Expect about 16 MPG City and +20MPG highway depending on the options on your truck (4x4, Megacab vs Standard cab).

I have an 06 Reg Cab CTD. I love the power. Awesome. Hell in the rain. Mine only has 4500 on it so it's not broke in yet but I am getting 15 average. 17+ highway at 75 mph. Many people are saying 20+ What a beast that motor is. Do it.
