ok everytime i do something like open a new window or tab or go away from a website this thing pops up saying a website wants to open we content using this program oon your computer and the program is adobe flash player how do i stop from making this pop up everytime i do somethin?

also it pops up like 5 times in a row after i pick allow or now allow

From your description, it seem like the websites you visited required Adobe Flash Player to work properly. You probably has an older version on your PC. You need to go Adobe, download/install the newest version and you should be fine. It's best that you remove the older version first before install the new version.

I think I would click to allow it and maybe it will download. It is not anything harmful because it helps with display. If it still pops up, I have no clue what to tell you. Good luck.
