Some people have no values.Labour has made them like that
with the protection they get from the law. With the corrupt example they set.The sooner a party who will be tough gets in the better.Someone like this freak should be put in public stocks
in the local high street. With a sign stating what he did.

He needs to be forced to do voluntary work in a hospice or made to shadow a Carer, under Court Supervision of course, or help out at a disabled club or he could be made to live, eat and breathe life in a wheelchair for 6 months and not be allowed to get out of it for any reason. No-one to help him but he'd have someone supervising him, and let him experience the comments and being treated like he's got a mental disorder or that he's deaf (I've had the latter two when I was in a wheelchair for 8 years). And make him wear a cathetar so he can only wee into a bag and not anywhere else!

This is by far the most disgusting and outrageous thing I have ever heard. It matters not to me that the woman was disabled but that there is so little happening to the man who victimized her. I think that he should face the same type of charges as an sexual offender. That he should be charged with not only outraging public indecency, but he should be charged with rape, assult, and a whole list of other things. And then I believe that he should be subject to what I believe all sexual offenders should suffer - public humiliation and execution. Then his family should pay the victims family a very large sum of money.

There is no fitting punishment that is within current legal remedies.
This person has clearly no moral scruples. I wouldn't want him doing anything that would have him involved directly with people with disabilities at all - why should they suffer him?
I think perhaps having to clean the public toilets with a tooth brush in the local subway or some other public venue M-F after he works at whatever he currently does for a period of 5 years would be suitable.

I am horrified that someone who is 27 years old is so cold as to urinate on a person out on the street, much less a dying, disabled woman. U-tube needs to screen out such useless material. As far as punishment, I don't know that anything can change the attitude of someone that old. Send him to jail for a long, long time and see if that changes his attitude. Probably wouldn't...sounds like this guy is a pretty useless human being.

Wrong! It wasn't "this country" that pissed on that dear woman and "this country" has not descended to such a low level. It was a pervert who will probably get nothing more than a slap on the wrist for indecent exposure. Like it or not, we have a lot of benevolent judges in the court system who believe more in the rights of the criminal than the rights of the victim.

Hard labour for 3 months and a mind re-education programme. Also, posters and letters to everyone he knows. letting them know what type of guy he is. Also, humiliation and the promise that this will happen to him at some stage. He'll probably get let off with a £20 fine and a deep frown. He will tell his joke at the pub and be interviewed by local press.

My question is! Why did nobody help her?Who was filming this with their camera and why did they not help? This guy had better get the death penalty by someone. I think at the very least his picture and what he did should be posted at every public place and castration should be done. Then he should be lock in a dark place and only brought out to clean prison toilets. He should have been beat to death already.

Filthy scum.
The good thing about youtube is that these pathetic lowlife morons put their videos on there for the whole world to see.
Some little maggot infested neds/chavs filmed themselves kicking a defenceless young boy to death and put it on there, I hope they rot in hell.
But they won't they will get 6 months community service if they are really unlucky.
Edit
I have just looked up the story.
The magistrate in charge could only give him 6 months and she thought it not enough so he is being sent to Crown court next month.

I think you tube are partly to blame as they allow school fights and other stuff that encourage negative behavior.
they should review what goes on before the public can watch it.
The man himself should go to jail or a mental hospital.
I beginning to think that the world is comming to the point where everyone does what is right in their own eyes.
