This really isn't a dinner item but it's great appetizer or snack recipe that I got from a "get together"

Take one package of the Pillsbury crescent rolls and unroll them to make triangles. Arrange on a round baking dish and use a rolling pin to roll the seams together to make a pizza crust. Cook until light brown. While that is cooking take some cauliflower, broccoli and carrots and chop them very, very fine and cut up some red, and yellow peppers into slices. Next take one package of softened cream cheese and mix with 2 tablespoons of dill. After the crust has cooled spread the cream cheese mixture onto the crust, cover with the vegetable mix and top with the peppers and enjoy. It tastes awesome!

It's called veggie pizza

I get the best recipes at Get Togethers. Here's one that is so delicious.

Death by Chocolate
1 box chocolate cake mix plus ingredients according to box
4 sm boxes of Instant Choc. pudding
4- 8-oz. cool Whip
* oreo cookies crumbs (optional)
* melted chocolate (optional)
* chopped heath bars (optional)
* chocolate chips (optional)
This really looks nice in a glass pyrex dish or a trifle bowl.
Bake cake according to directions.
and prepare pudding according to box.
When cake is cooled.
Layer as follows:
half the cake - crumbled
half the pudding ( 2 boxes prepared)
16 oz. cool whip
optional ingredients
Repeat-
* If you want you can sprinkle oreo crumbs, heath bars, and chocolate chips on the cool whip layers. On the final cool whip layer you can drizzle melted chocolate and sprinkle oreo crumbs and chocolate chips. I added oreo cookie crumbs and leftover melted chocolate in between the layers.

Now that's easy...Mouse Potato Pie!..Sumthin' I saw right here on Y'answers, and copied down. But at a picnic, I always faint at great potato salad or golden brown desserts where apples, carmel, and cinnamon are involved....oh yum!
