I hate it when people like Charity G act like america is failing in Iraq. Look up some of the statistics everybody!!!!! We have done way more good than bad in Iraq. It is true, though, that Al Quaeda can successfuly recruit many new members every month because of our occupation in Iraq, but we are pretty much liberating the country.

Hey Jaw, the problem with that is that our main problem in Iraq is Al Quaeda. Us pulling out would signify a victory for the muslim extremist world over America. And that aint about to happen.

Good question! Waiting to see some responses to this one. We've been asking the dems for this since the last election.

Democratic view: Well, first of all we wouldn't be in this mess if Bush didn't start an illegal war and would have let the weapons inspectors do their job. But ohhhh, that's okay as long as he isn't getting oral pleasure in the oval office. The Dems are a bunch of wussies that instead of fighting for what most of the American people put them into office for, they are instead just counting votes and aren't even bothering to try and end the war.

The people of Iraq obviously do not want us there, likewise-would we like someone invading our country? So we might as well pull out to get their government officials to get off their keisters and stop taking vacations so they can start doing something about stabilizing their country.

Democracy is might makes right -- mob (majority) rule.

Democracy, however, only works where the people are willing to abide by the decisions of the majority -- or where the majority has enough force available to compel the minority to follow the group decision.

Neither of those applies in Iraq. Most factions are unwilling to tolerate rule by any other faction, and no one faction is large enough or powerful enough to enforce their decisions on everyone else. Their attempts to do so are what provoked the current civil war.

SHHHHHHHHHHH, the liberals don't want the American people to hear the other side of the stroy.

Talk about true communism on their part, right?

It just shows you how anti-American a lot of liberals are.

And some of them don't even know it.

Wow - did someone come up with something that would work in Iraq? Awesome.

coragryph is absolutely correct. Those people have been so backwards for so long that the implementation of democracy is not going to work.

Don’t misconstrue this as the importance of maintaining control of that region is not important. It is, and we must.
