This type of drug delivery is still in the lab and has only been tried on mice as opposed to real live human beings. In other words there is no access to this type of treatment yet. Eventually it may be introduced as a Clinical Trial to see if it works with humans. The National Cancer Institute has information about this new technology.

Actually, if you're referring to nano-particles, then there are currently available chemotherapies that use this technology. One of the drugs currently availabe is call Abraxane, or nano-albumin-bound paclitaxel. It is currently being used in various clinical trials or unapproved use in cancer, most often in breast cancer. It is available in many major cancer centers or hospitals participating in such research, although other treatment centers may have access to them.

This is still very experimental!

Apparently there are trials being done on humans in California at City of Hope.

Only some cancers are being trialled, but you could make enquiries.

There is also research being done at University of Michigan for treating brain tumours, but they are not yet doing clinical trials.
