Your question makes me think of the time spent wasted in front of a computer or television. My time could be better spent reading and studying His Word and in prayer. So my answer is yes, I have wasted many of the opportunities given to me.
Given the chance to go back and redo things, I would dedicate more time to this, but I can't go back. Now I can only strive to live life to the fullest for Him.
Many people seem to be too busy to spend time with the One who loves them most. He gives us life each and every day in hopes that we will remember to visit Him and talk with Him. How ungrateful we have become.

I don't think anything is life is a waste. I just think we can do more we just dont know any better until somone comes up with the question that you just asked. So in most cases youll have some yes and no answers. SO people that realized that another way of life is best suited for them later on are going to say yes. The others that don't realize a better life or another way of living and continue to like their status. They are going to say no. :D. BUT i dont know think we are asked any questions we will live forever , just in different forms. Questions were created by humans. Dogs and pegions don't ask questions they just eat, sleep , and poop. :) Like we were all made to do haha

My honest answer will have to be that, yes, I did waste a lot of them but once I realized what I was doing, and once I started living my life the way I felt it is meant to be, I tried to recognize every opportunity and take advantage of it. I know youth is not an excuse but I learned to trust in God later than I probably should have.

That's not a thing I'm looking forward to... Here's how it was portrayed to Rick Joyner in his vision about heaven:
Looking me straight in the eyes, he continued, "The Lord also loves us with a love greater than you can yet understand. Before His judgment seat I tasted the greatest darkness of soul and remorse that can be experienced. Though here we do not measure time as you do, it seemed to last for as long as my life on earth had lasted. All of my sins and follies which I had not repented of passed before me, and before all who are here. The grief of this you cannot understand until you have experienced it. I felt that I was in the deepest dungeon of hell, even as I stood before the Lord. He was resolute until my life had been completely reviewed. When I said I was sorry and asked for the mercy of His cross, He wiped away my tears and took away the great darkness. He looked at me with a love that was beyond anything that you can now understand. He gave me this robe. I no longer feel the darkness or bitterness that I knew as I stood before Him, but I remember it. Only here can you remember such things without continuing to feel the pain. A moment in the lowest part of heaven is much greater than a thousand years of the highest life on earth. Now my mourning at my folly has been turned into joy, and I know that I will know joy forever, even if I am in the lowest place in heaven."

I think I have, but people sometimes don't know a good thing when they see one. Most people spend there whole life complaining about everything, instead of being grateful for what God had given them. I'm no exception to that. I'm probably number 1 on hid list of whiners. But I am grateful nonetheless.

Nope. I have no idea what happens when we die, but that's a different discussion, I would tell him (God) that I made best use of my life, my capabilities, and my oppurtunities, hopefully. Also if you live life doing what you enjoy (say jet skiing =]) and turn down an oppurtunity to become a doctor because it's not your cup of tea I don't see how that would be wrong.

We do not know. But this I think, that God doesn't ask us anything. We are already judged by our actions on Earth. Nothing can change that. You cannot lie in Heaven.

Nope - even if I believed as you did. Plenty of opportunities have come my way; I've learned to take them whem they come my way - and my life is happier and better for it.

Not likely. Why do you think so?
In any case, it is good to make use of opportunities!
