For me I have always thought that being healthy and staying fit is just in our minds. I have a friend who got hooked on the ab diet and cut out all the foods he loved got up at the crack of dawn to go to the gym and lost weight but had no fun doing it. He hasn't has a slice of pizza in like 9 months. For me I wanted to loose the weight but still be able to eat the good stuff in moderation. I hated the idea of not being able to go out to dinner once and a while just cause I was watching my weight. For some reason I have found a lot of people who dont agree with this. Why is that someone can watch what they eat on a regular basis, but as soon as they eat a buffalo wing or a piece a cheese cake (eventhough it's been a few weeks) they are being bad. I made this work for me; I was able to eat what I wanted in moderation and still loose 25 lbs. Even though it worked for me I was wondering why for most people it has to be a diet and be miserable or nothing. Why are people against this?
