My dog had puppies almost 4 weeks ago...she apparently drank some water that had lysol or murphy's oil mixed in it. She got sick a couple times but is back to normal and now all 9 of her puppies are puking and very lethargic. Is there anything I can do to help the puppies? I'm afraid they are going to die.

GET A FRICKEN CLUE and take them to the vet. OR just sit there and let them die. The choice is yours. Yes there are MANY reason why a bitches milk can kill a litter of pups. One is Mastitis, (mammary infection). 2, she could have retained a placenta or a puppy if you did not make sure she was done having pups/empty with an xray, then she will become toxic, she will die, they will die. Go to the vet and why on earth would you have lysol and murphys oil laying around for your bi tch to lap up in the first place. My guess is that it never happened and she is just toxic from one of the other reasons I stated. Not to mention... YOU should be feeding the FOUR week old pups yourself now and offering them plenty of water to drink. Are you????

Sorry, but I see these types of questions on here daily while people sit around asking for help when they should be at the vet. People breeding with out a clue as to what they are doing, signs of trouble, how to raise a litter, when to feed a litter, when to offer water to a litter, etc. A little research into breeding BEFORE you have a litter goes a long way. NO research before you breed a litter leads to death of innocent puppies. You should be feeding them mushy puppy food a week ago. You should have started offering them fresh water 24/7 a week ago. They could have worms really bad that are killing them. They should have been wormed the first time a week ago. NOT with over the counter wormer either. That stuff will kill a puppy quick. They should have been vet checked at the first sign of illness. They might have coccidiosis, look it up!
Just take care of them now. You failed them pretty bad so far just with a lack of knowledge. They did not ask to be born. You are responsible for their lives. Now is not the time to ask questions. Your pups are beyond what anyone could do for them on Yahoo answers. Go to the vet or let them all die. Learn something and then get your female spayed. You are not qualified to bring lives into the world with no clue whats going on or how to care for them. My rudeness comes from reading this type of BS daily. It gets OLD fast and I happen to care very much about dogs, pups and what happens to them.

It is not very likely that that is the cause of the puppies problems. I would have them seen ASAP by the vet. It can be a virus like Parvo, or some other serious thing. Call the vet tomorrow, explain the whole thing, and go from there. If you wait, you can have 9 dead puppies.

Yes, you can take them all to the vet right now.
Everything in a mother's body is passed in her milk, including food, viruses, worms, everything. Everything she has, the pups have too.
Whatever the cause of these pup's illness, they're obviously in realy trouble - and no, there's nothing you can do except GET THEM TO A VET RIGHT NOW.
And please get your dog spayed since you obviously have no clue what you're doing.

It doesn't sound good. Call a vet immediately. But if they are just born don't expect them to jump and fetch things either =). Good luck and maybe you should consider spaying until you are more educated to raise a litter.
