So obviously cops HAVE to have a reason to pull you over.
Well, i was at a bar the other night with my fiance.

We just happened to be sitting next to an off duty cop, who i'll add, DROVE out of the parking lot after i watched him drink 5 beers.

Anyways, my fiance didn't drink that night, so he was the DD.

Before we realized he was a cop we were talking about going home, smokin a joint and heading to bed.

Next day, that same officer pulls me over saying
"We just had someone rob a Dollar General store, and left in a white car" (i have a white car by the way).

Yeah, like he REALLY thought me, a 22 year old girl just robbed a fricking dollar general. The only reason why he pulled me over is because he was PRAYING i had cannabis on me.

Well, he claimed he smelled something odd when he walked up. Though my car is brand new, my fiance and i don't smoke ciggs and we don't smoke OR eat in our car. So all he could of smelled was my perfume .............................

You should complain to the chief. But make sure you don't have anything illegal at your house

Ok, where to start...

1) I've investigated crimes where 12 and 13 year olds kids (both male and female) have robbed stores at gunpoint. Do you seriously believe there's an age/gender limit on commiting crime? Can't understand your outrage "like he REALLY thought me, a 22 year old girl just robbed a fricking dollar general".

2) I can ask you whatever I want, unless its illegal or immoral. I have the 1st Amendment just like you do. So I can ask whomever, whenever I like to search their car. It is their right to deny me. When that happens I have to figure out if I can articulate why it was legal to search the car over your objection.

In the above account I believe the officer could articulate probable cause for the search. And BTW most potheads I know smell, surprising enough, like pot most of the time, whether or not they've just smoked it. Potheads don't notice it but we do.

You must be pretty dumb to talk about smoking a joint in a public place, when you can be overheard by an off-duty cop.

suggest you file a complaint and speak to an atty.

there is a dvd you should be able to get from your library

BUSTED The Citizens Guide to Surviving Police Encounters

www.flexyourrights.org

I suggest you review it. Citizens have lost a lot of rights and continue to lose more because we are ignorant of them. We need to step up and get educated.

It isn't, but I'm pretty sure your story is full of bull so why bother writing any more.
