Well let's say Person A works everyday of the week, but Person B works only one day of the week. Will Person B still have as much job experience as Person A because Person B has been there for that week as well (on a application for another part time job)?

Someone working full time would have more experience than someone working part time.

As far as a job application, most just ask for start and ending dates, duties, and reason for leaving. You really don't go into how many hours or days you worked. Although that might be discussed in a personal interview.

Person B will NOT have the same experience as Person A. HOWEVER, on a job application, it won't show, unless the application specifically asks if it was full-time or part-time.

If the prospective employer cares to know, he can ask during an interview.

It looks like Person A is working full-time and Person B is working part-time. Either 'Full-time' or 'part-time' should be indicated for jobs that you list on applications. Employers will take this into account when considering your experience.

On a resume, no. It's not hour by hour, but "part-time" and "full-time" don't mean the same thing.
