the host at communion makes me feel so nauseus and it like sticks to the top of my mouth
blahh usually i have to go outside an spit it out which i know is kind of terrible

Have you had yourself tested for an allergy to wheat? There are several conditions (besides the allergy) that could cause such a reaction.
If the problem is just a physical reaction to a sticky wafer (used in communion), then you may simply need something liquid with which to swallow the Host. If your church does not supply this (some don't), then you may want to speak to your pastor/priest about the problem.

Tough call. Perhaps you could ask the minister to turn a cracker into the body of Christ instead.
