Knee discomfort/pressure?

Sometimes when I walk, I get this really weird feeling/pressure in my knee so that it feels uncomfortable to bend it. It also hurts occasionally on the side/front of the kneecap. Any ideas of what could be wrong with it?

Arthritis or a sprain around that area can cause this kind of pain. I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation to see what they think might be going on.
