im 17 years old and i just went to the immidiate care about a week ago and they said my blood pressure way 160/100. i know that is really high. people say that i need to learn to relax and stuff, but i find it hard for me to even "chill" for a couple of mins before my leg starts moving or i just feel the need to stand up and walk around like pacing around. alot of people say that i have ADD how do i know if i do have ADD or not, i figured that if about a week goes by and ill check it again. i went to the local pharmacy and it still said about 160/100 anything i can do? i cant sit let alown relax. i dont know if i even have add or anything. but i do know my BP is WAY high expessually being 17 years old. any help please? what can i do to "relax" or help my BP? any help would be awesome

Those BP machines are notoriously inaccurate. If you are concerned, go to your doctor and get your bp measured by a professional. 160/100 is high for anyone. It is rare for a 17 year old to be hypertensive. People's BP are normally higher if stressed or excited.
