Check the wiring or the socket (where you put the bulb).

loot at the end of the wire where you push the bulb in and see if it has some lime green stuff in it and if it does you need to clean it out . if that is not the case while the blinker is turned on try wiggleing the hazzard light switch fron to back and if starts to work you need a switch . there were alot of these that has some strange problems starts with that switch

You need a test lite or a meter to check for voltage across the terminals in the socket with the bulb removed and blinker on. Does it blink with emergency flasher ?

check the wiring...my blinkers did the same thing and it had nothing to do with the bulbs...somehow the wiring got messed up...maybe you have the same problem...maybe not but you never know
