Why ar paigins mean?

i wanted 2 tell every1 in my class how Jesus saved my soul.
i talked 2 this paigin but she slapped me in the face and told me 2 f* off.
why are you paigins so mean?

Frankly, pagans, wiccans, and other people of non-Christianity-based religions find it offensive when a Christian, no matter which denomination, waxes poetic about Jesus. There is some beauty in your religion, but so much of what has happened in the past 2000 years can be attributed to the difficulties inherent in diverse religions. Also, consider this: how would you feel if you were minding your own business in your class and then a pagan walked up to you and started talking about how Christianity was wrong and that paganism and the love of Mother Earth was the only way that you'd ever feel truly complete?

Here's a thought: stop trying to proselytize in school and pay more attention to your studies. Your spelling and grammar is atrocious, not to mention your lack of clarity in thought.

The word is PAGAN, not "paigin" and none of us really fit into a mold that can define us all as one type. If you were slapped in school, perhaps you should look at the events leading up to said slapping and find out what the catalyst truly was. Somehow I doubt her pagan beliefs are what caused the slapping.

Not everyone wants to have Christian beliefs thrust upon them. There is a time and a place for sharing your faith and beliefs, and school is not one of them.

Now quit playing around on the internet and get back to your studies -- you obviously need them!

The 2 self-professed Pagans I've met in reality were polite and kind, and the ones on this site are among the nicest people here. Btw, Christianity is rather more Pagan than most Christians like to admit, so arguably you're a Pagan yourself.

Im not a pagan but a pagan is someone who worships other deities like Allah and Vishnu and all those other wierd pieces of rock. I mean, like, they practically worship dead religions - paganism, which is dead because the romans used to be the mightiest and most pagan power until Jesus came along and then POOF the entire roman empire became christian...

May you be blessed by Jesus Christ, for He said, "blessed are those who are persecuted in my name." Yes, that includes being slapped in the face by a pagan...

It's okay because theres martyrs and other religious Christians who get made fun of and rebuked and criticized and hurt and even killed by other pagans and atheists just because they're Christian and they're trying to save the atheists but are persecuted instead...

That's basically how you get to heaven - persecuted because you fought in Jesus' name.

What the heck is a paigin? Do you mean Pagan? I'm sorry about your experience but I would rather hear both sides...how exactly did you word what you said to her? I guess it doesn't matter, but first of all every group is going to have their jerks not just Pagans and second....what grade are you in? Just curious because your spelling skills make me wonder.
