my back hurts wicked bad and it won't go away and I've had it for almost a week now like 4 days

but you can use umm...a backach patch or bengay.
or something...
you can find it anywhere.

Seriously do you really think "Y-answers" is going to fix your back pain? Go see a really good chiropractor or get to the hospital for x-rays/MRI! You may have blown a disc or maybe a bad sprain. For now rub icy hot on the affected area
and put moist heat on it. Get to a qualified Doctor.

I would recommend seeing your doctor for further evaluation of the situation but in the mean time you can try a heating pad to see if that helps some of it.
