"guey" is a mexican word. They can call each other "guey", but nobody else can, unless they are close friends. It does not It does not mean "dude".

'guey' is actually spelled 'buey'. its pronounced like 'way', and its literal meaning is an ox. in slang, it means dude. could be used amongst friends or in friendly conversation. but when used in a certain way it can be a total sign of disrespect.
