Frizzy- After you get out of the shower (it doesn't matter if you blow dry or air dry, but blowdrying works better) apply one pump of Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Serum. Its the best product I've ever tried for de-frizz-ifying my hair, I love it. You can get it at your local hair salon for 6-8 bucks.
Shine- John Frieda Shine Spritz, only a few bucks at a retail/drugstore. Just make sure to brush your hair after your spray it in your hair.
Good luck.

Have you tried the Aussie products before I cut my hair short that was how it was. I got the shampoo and conditioner and washed my hair daily and after about 3 days it looked better but still got frizzy, so I bought to anti frizz spray and I will swear by it!!
Hope this helps!

Biosilk is the best for smoothing out straight hair. It is very light and won't weigh your hair down or make it look greasy. Be sure to buy it from a salon or a salon store. The stuff from big name stores (Target, Wal-mart) is thicker and greasier. It is kind of expensive so buy a small bottle first to see if you like it. It is also good to put on your hair while it's wet, before you dry it, to keep heat damage to a minimum. Either way, it's great!

I agree...I use frizz-ease by John Frieda and love it. I bought it at Walgreens, so I assume it is available in most major drugstores.
