Maybe even faster - the sugar in juice will speed the rate of absorption.

Let's say your bottle is 1 Liter. So, you have 1/2 L vodka and 1/2 L orange juice. Drinking this 1 Liter concoction will get you just as drunk as drinking 1/2 Liter of straight vodka in the same amount of time. Time is the key. The average human will process 1 drink (12oz beer, 4oz wine, 1.5oz liquor) in one hour. This will vary if you are over/underweight for your age.
If you're talking about drinking an entire bottle of vodka vs. a 1/2 and 1/2 mix of the same volume (ie. 1L vs. 1L)... if you consume them over the same time period, obviously you'll get twice as drunk off of the straight vodka.
IMPORTANT: By the way, I would NOT reccommend drinking 1L of straight vodka in a night. This is just for demonstration purposes.
I take it you're new to drinking by your post. So, make sure you're with friends when you drink and that you look out for each other. Don't feel pressured into drinking too much. You know your own body and your limits better than anyone. And especially with liquor, don't drink more than a couple shots worth at once. It catches up to you quickly. And puking ain't fun...
Cheers!
P.S. Don't drive!!!

Yes, if you drank less vodka you will be less drunk. But half and half is a strong drink. I think if you filled a water bottle with vodka straight and just drank it you'd be outta-control-wasted real quick if you finished the bottle.

It'll make a screwdriver!
But seriously, you'll get just as drunk, but you'll become less dehydrated than if you drank the vodka straight, so (if you're lucky, and if you keep drinking other non-alcoholic drinks) you might not get AS hungover.

Yes - still as drunk - but - that vodka is nasty tasting stuff so the orange juice will make it more palatable.

Yeah, you'll still get as drunk as if you drank a half bottle of straight vodka, but it'll taste better and give you your Vitamin C for the day.

Yes, it's the same amount of alcohol, too much!
To slow down alcohol absorption, eat starch like potatoes.
A full stomach will delay the effects of alcohol.
Also spread out your consumption over more time.

You'd be healthier but depends on the size of the bottle if you would be more drunk. If it is larger than 4 ounces YES is the answer.

You would get drunk faster because the sugar in the orange juice allows your body absorb the alcohol faster.
