I am going to disagree with XP Pilot... The university of North Dakota has arguably the best ATC training facilities in the world... I toured both... I went to North Dakota and as part of a professional pilot major, I had to take some ATC classes... they have a multi million dollar 360 degree projection tower sim (bought by a foreign government to send their new ATC's to train, and a huge room for radar simulation... it really is amazing... and the demand for air traffic controlers is growing by the day... several thousand in the next few years...

There are a few on the FAA website however from what I have heard, Embry-Riddle in Florida is the best.

Air Force, I don't remember the MOS precisely, but check into that. You get paid to learn something, instead of having to pay to learn. Plus the other benefits are excellent.
